Needs to be looked at:
	When loading an existing character - not able to distribute any remaining points from the time it was saved. (Due to Max on scroll bars being set back toward 0 when loading)
	type 13 mismatch when opening two fully existing characters at the same time. 
	Equpt delete error type 13 mismatch
